12th February 2026 – Alhamdulillah, IIUM Consultancy and Innovation Sdn. Bhd. (ICISB) successfully conducted a meaningful and productive Office Organization & Early Ramadan Preparation Session, involving the active participation of all staff members. This initiative reflects the organisation’s continuous commitment towards fostering a well-structured, efficient, and harmonious working environment.
The session focused primarily on office organization and workspace enhancement, where team members worked collaboratively to reorganise workstations, declutter shared spaces, and improve overall office layout. The objective was to create a more systematic, comfortable, and conducive workspace that supports productivity, focus, and employee well-being. A well-organised environment not only enhances efficiency but also promotes a positive and professional atmosphere within the workplace.
In conjunction with the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, the session was further enriched with a special activity involving the arrangement and packaging of dates and assorted sweets, thoughtfully prepared for ICISB’s valued staffs. This initiative embodies the spirit of giving, gratitude, and appreciation, which are central to Ramadan. It also reflects the organization’s commitment to maintaining strong relationships with clients through meaningful gestures. The activity was carried out in a lively and collaborative atmosphere, where team members contributed wholeheartedly, demonstrating strong teamwork and unity. Beyond the physical tasks, the session served as a platform to strengthen ukhuwah (bonding) among staff, encouraging closer relationships, mutual support, and a shared sense of purpose within the organisation.
